AutoPulse is a cloud-based workshop management platform that helps auto repair businesses manage job cards, customers, vehicles, inventory, invoices, and team communications. The service is provided as-is and is intended for use by authorised workshop staff only.
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into AutoPulse, including customer records, job cards, and invoices. We do not claim any rights over your workshop's data.
You are responsible for ensuring that the data you enter (including customer contact details) is collected lawfully and with appropriate consent.
If you enable SMS notifications, you confirm that you have obtained consent from your customers to receive SMS messages from your workshop. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws when sending SMS messages.
We aim to keep AutoPulse available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or disruption to your business operations arising from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPulse and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may discontinue use of the platform at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
